As a digital technology intern, you’ll be working on an exciting live project integrating new technologies into a manufacturing or engineering business.
Projects range from working on robotics, to logistics software and data analysis, there are no limits so whatever your digital skill-set, we want to hear from you. This is your chance to make a real difference to a UK manufacture – laying the foundations for your future career as a maker or engineer.
Each internship we deliver is tailored to the needs of our clients and yourself. The project could be full-time, part-time or flexible dependent on the specific project milestones.

Playing a vital role in helping a maker improve their business. You’ll be working on a live project that will have a real effect on the business’s long-term success.
You could be implementing new hardware or software, or helping to develop their digital roadmap and strategy. Internships are flexible and can be full-time or part-time to suit both you and the business you are supporting, and you’ll be paid £12.60 per hour across 300 hours of work.
Digital internships are open to:
- Second and third-year undergrads, MSc and postgraduate students at any stage and recent graduates (last 12 months).
- Course specialisms are flexible, but you may be studying Robotics and Automation, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Digital Design and Manufacturing, or Data Science.
