This fully funded three-session course gives East Midlands SME manufacturers a clear introduction to MRP and ERP systems. Whether you’re starting from scratch or weighing up your options, it’s designed to help you make informed, confident decisions.
Delivered online over six weeks, the course covers the differences between MRP and ERP, their core features, and how these systems can improve efficiency, planning, and cost control. You’ll also learn how to avoid common implementation pitfalls, define your system requirements, and navigate the tendering process.
Alongside the live sessions, you’ll get access to case studies, tools, templates, and further learning, including a hands-on gamified Odoo module to help build real-world experience.

Three modules (2 hours each) delivered online across 6 weeks
Interactive sessions with practical exercises and optional homework
All resources provided, including access to ERP comparison tools and webinars
