Join Made Smarter at CNC Robotics  for an event exploring Robotic Additive Manufacturing.

Focusing on Robotic Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) for high-value, low-volume applications, the event, delivered by Made Smarter and CNC Robotics, is for manufacturers in the aerospace, automotive, creative, architecture, motorsport and marine sectors who want to explore how additive manufacturing can complement or transform their existing production processes.

The event will feature short presentations on how manufacturers can move from curiosity to adoption with structured technical and financial support. As well as demonstrations of cutting edge Additive technology.

The session will focus on Robotic Additive Manufacturing with three different technologies:

  • Metal 3D Printing - Meltio
Meltio’s wire-laser technology builds dense metal parts by melting standard metal wire with precision lasers. The process is clean, affordable, and ideal for hybrid manufacturing, repair, or adding features directly onto existing metal components.

  • Thermoplastic Polymer 3D Printing - CEAD
The CEAD extruder prints large, fiber-reinforced thermoplastic parts using high output pellet extrusion. The process offers strength, speed and material efficiency. Ideal for rapidly manufacturing moulds, fixtures, tooling, direct parts and lightweight structural applications.

  • PU Paste (Tooling paste) 3D Printing - Paste_Pro
The Paste_Pro prints polyurethane paste directly into near-net-shape moulds, plugs and patterns. It eliminates glue-ups, reduces waste and shortens lead times using the same trusted materials found in traditional PU model and pattern making.

Places are limited and will be reserved for SME manufactures with an interest in adopting additive technology.
