We can take a design (in line drawing or CAD) and turn these into patterns, moulds and then into full production and reverse engineer parts through 3D scanning when/if required. Internship Overview
We are offering a 12-week Digital Internship to lead our AI adoption project and support our journey toward smarter manufacturing practices. You will contribute to a focused project that drives value for our digital transformation.
Duration: 01/06/2026 – 21/08/2026
Location: On-site (preferable to understand the dynamics of the team and process)
Commitment: Full-time - 40 Hours per week
Rate of Pay – £15
This internship will provide practical experience in applying digital tools and techniques within the manufacturing sector.

Project Responsibilities
As an intern, you will:

Develop a more streamlined production plan through development of the current system or integration of a new system.

Develop ways to gather improved information to improve productivity

Develop an AI programme and/or dashboard to process and present data from both MPM sites and identify improvements

Develop and present a project on how to introduce and integrate AI into the business
