Position Overview
The Business:
NightSearcher are a UK-based manufacturer specializing in innovative, portable lighting solutions. The company has been operating for over 35 years and is led by Managing Director Colin Howard, whose passion for design and engineering drives the business. NightSearcher has expanded internationally with operations in Germany, Poland, Hong Kong, and soon Australia, primarily to support post-Brexit European sales and global distribution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the management with:
- System mapping and preparation for system integration
- Working with the implementation consultants to deliver to plan the implementation and full integration of current systems to new platform
- Helping to improve and update current process and ways of working
- Investigating and implementing new stock management process and adoption of new accounting system, that will provide details of the current stock and order process, and full accessibility of all trading elements of the group.
- Working with the team to improve other current processes and procedures in line with the introduction of the new software
- Assist the management by training and working with the team to ensure a smooth transition from old to new.

About you:
- Currently studying disciplines in engineering, accountancy, systems or project management,
