Join a hands-on internship project focused on streamlining operations and supporting digital transformation. 

What you’ll be working on

You’ll help map out how the business currently operates – from online sales to stock control – and research digital tools (like ERP systems or apps) that could make everything run more smoothly. Your work will support better stock visibility, smarter decision-making, and less admin. 

Key responsibilities:

• Map and document existing business processes
• Interview team members to understand what the business needs
• Research ERP systems and app-based alternatives
• Evaluate tools based on features, cost, and fit
• Create a shortlist of software solutions and vendors
• Present clear recommendations and next steps 

You should have:

• Strong process mapping and business analysis skills
• Confidence with Excel and data handling
• A good understanding of digital tools and software research
• Clear communication and report writing abilities 
• ERP knowledge is a bonus, but not essential

The Client is a UK-based manufacturer of LiPo, NiMH, Li-Ion and bespoke battery solutions, serving both the RC/hobbyist market and a growing industrial client base. With in-house manufacturing in Lancashire, Overlander prides itself on quality assurance, innovation, and “bringing manufacturing back to the UK.”
