Help a leading UK manufacturing business explore how AI can make their order processing faster and more accurate. You'll research and recommend tools that automatically extract key information (like customer name, product, quantity) from emails, helping the business cut down on manual data entry and speed up their service. 

 What you’ll be working on:

• Research AI and natural language processing (NLP) tools that can turn messy emails into structured data
• Compare platforms like Microsoft Power Automate and Azure AI for automating workflows
• Map the extracted data to an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Analyse the pros and cons of different approaches, focusing on accuracy, scalability, and ease of use
• Produce a recommendation report, and possibly build a basic proof of concept 

Business Overview:

The Client is the UK’s leading die-maker, supplying cutting and creasing tooling for the packaging industry.The company is undergoing a major digital transformation, investing in cloud ERP, Power BI, and automation to enhance planning, quoting, and operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Strong research and problem-solving skills 
• Experience using Python (especially pandas, regex)
• An interest in AI, NLP, and automation
• Ability to clearly explain technical ideas to different audiences
• Bonus: familiarity with ERP systems or Power BI
