Digital Internship Opportunity: Migrating Videos from Vimeo to Another Provider (AWS/DigitalOcean)

Reduce reliance on Vimeo for video hosting by transitioning to a more cost-effective and scalable solution, such as AWS S3 with CloudFront or DigitalOcean Spaces.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Research and compare alternative video hosting providers based on cost, performance, and ease of integration.
  • Develop a migration strategy, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless video playback for users.
  • Implement API-based integration with the new provider and test video streaming quality.
  • Ensure security, proper access control, and compatibility with the Intasite platform.
  • Document the migration process and recommend best practices for future video management.
