What you’ll be working on:

  • Assess Current Systems & Processes (Weeks 1–3)
  • Define the Target Digital Workflow (Weeks 2–5)
  • Select & Set Up Supporting Digital Tools (Weeks 4–8)
  • Streamline Data & Templates (Weeks 4–8)
  • Pilot a Digital Production Workflow (Weeks 7–11)
  • Train Staff & Support the Rollout (Weeks 9–12)
  • Report on Results & Next Steps (Week 12)
