Visual Management and Digital Workflow Transformation
About The Business: The Client is a precision manufacturer based in Greater Manchester, specialising in mould tooling for a range of industrial customers. Orders are currently handwritten, and there is no real-time visibility of work in progress. This project will support the Client's journey towards digital maturity by introducing visual management tools and digitising core manual processes to improve efficiency, traceability, and decision-making.
