ERP/MRP Preparation Focus
About The Business: Silver & Green is a food manufacturing business currently reliant on paper-based and spreadsheet-driven processes across purchasing, stock control, production, warehousing, and food safety compliance. These disconnected systems result in inefficiencies, duplication of effort, and limited visibility of operational data. The business is preparing to adopt an ERP/MRP system to improve integration, traceability, and reporting. However, successful implementation requires preparatory work to ensure processes are clearly defined, requirements are understood, and data is structured appropriately.
Overview: This project focuses on preparing for the adoption of an ERP/MRP system to integrate manufacturing, stock control, and compliance processes into a single digital platform. Project Goals and Objectives Goal: To prepare Silver & Green for ERP/MRP system adoption by documenting current processes, defining system requirements, and preparing structured data to enable effective system selection and future implementation.
