About The Business: Rappa Fencing is a specialist UK manufacturer supplying innovative equipment to the agricultural sector. Founded in 1978, the company designs and manufactures temporary electric fencing systems, accessories and mobile sheep handling equipment used by farmers across the UK and overseas markets. Based in Stockbridge, Hampshire, Rappa has grown significantly in recent years and continues to invest in new products, people and technology. The business is currently undertaking a major digital transformation programme, including the implementation of a new ERP and CRM system, to improve efficiency, strengthen customer service and support future growth.
Overview: You'll support the implementation of a new ERP and CRM system by helping to analyse data, map business processes, prepare information for migration and assist with system testing. Working with teams across manufacturing, sales and operations, you'll gain hands-on experience of how technology drives business improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in data analysis, business systems, project delivery and change management within a growing manufacturing company.

Job Description:
Working alongside senior managers and department teams, you'll help support the introduction of a new ERP and CRM system that will become central to how the business operates.
Business Systems & Digital Transformation:
- Support the implementation of a new ERP and CRM platform across the business.
- Learn how digital technologies are used to improve manufacturing, operations and customer service.
- Work with different departments to understand how technology can support business processes.
Data Analysis & Improvement
- Review and improve customer and supplier data prior to migration into the new system.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete or inaccurate records.
- Help prepare and organise large datasets for implementation activities.
- Use Excel and other digital tools to support decision-making.
Process Mapping & Business Analysis
- Work with teams across manufacturing, sales and administration.
- Document existing processes and workflows.
- Help identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes.
- Gain experience of business analysis techniques used within industry.
System Testing & User Support
- Assist with testing new systems and validating information.
- Help create user guides and training materials.
- Support employees as they transition to new digital ways of working.
- Contribute ideas to improve user adoption and engagement.

- Currently studying a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related subject.
