Yunus Khalifa is a Digital Transformation Specialist within the Made Smarter West Midlands programme, supporting manufacturing SMEs across Coventry and Warwickshire.
He works closely with businesses to guide them through their digital transformation journey, from initial engagement and diagnostics through to implementation, including access to funding, leadership programmes, and skills support.
With a background in Motorsport Engineering, Yunus began his career in digital systems delivery within the travel industry before spending nine years in the automotive sector with a Tier 1 supplier. This gave him strong commercial, operational, and supply chain experience across complex manufacturing environments.
Yunus is particularly passionate about digital adoption, optimisation, and helping SMEs build strong business cases for transformation. Having grown up in Coventry, he is motivated by making a meaningful impact within his local manufacturing community.
