Lucy Cross is a Digital Transformation Specialist within the Made Smarter West Midlands programme, supporting manufacturers across Greater Birmingham and Solihull.
She works with businesses from initial enquiry through to project delivery, helping them access funding, adopt digital technologies, and realise tangible improvements.
Lucy has over 15 years of experience in business support, starting with The Prince’s Trust where she helped young entrepreneurs launch their businesses. She later worked with the Black Country Growth Hub, supporting SMEs with growth planning and connecting them to regional support opportunities.
She has a particular strength in supporting early-stage and high-growth businesses, understanding the challenges they face. Lucy is motivated by seeing businesses evolve and thrive and enjoys learning alongside them as they adopt new technologies.
