Made Smarter Adoption Programme

The Made Smarter adoption programme in London is delivered by London & Partners on behalf of the Greater London Authority. London & Partners is the growth agency for London, which works to support businesses and create economic growth that is resilient, sustainable and inclusive.

A dedicated Technology Adoption Specialist will work with you to create a digital transformation roadmap designed to address your challenges and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. They will guide you through the programme which may involve joining workshops with a peer cohort of like-minded entrepreneurs and site visits to highly innovative manufacturing premises as well as support in applying for Made Smarter grants. 

Aimed at team leaders, this module will help you drive growth and lead your team through change. Through interactive workshops, you’ll gain insights into strategy, change management, leadership, and upskilling. Group sessions will be followed by tailored one-to-one consultancies to assess and refine your individual plan.

This module equips leaders to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and implement digital change effectively. Delivered with a leading business school, it blends expert-led learning with real-world application. Key features include:

• Site visits to best-in-class manufacturers adopting Industrial Digital Technologies (IDT)

We offer match-funded grants of up to £20,000 to support the adoption of digital technologies. Funding can be used to purchase essential hardware, software and specialist advice. Our Technology Adoption Specialists will support you with your application and implementation of projects.
