Fast Track can help. If you are based in Greater Manchester or Lancashire, this flexible, high impact programme will upskill your workforce, so they are able to:

  • Understand the latest additive and digital manufacturing processes and how they can benefit your business
  • Train your employee(s) to enable them to perform a new highly skilled role in introducing the benefits of additive manufacturing to your business.

Delivered by Made Smarter (The Growth Company) and Manchester Metropolitan University’s PrintCity have partnered with Fabricon Design Limited.

The programme is a fully-funded Fast Track Digital Workforce Fund and is supported by Greater Manchester Combined Authority, in partnership with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, and the Lancashire Digital Skills Partnership to address the digital skills gaps around Additive Manufacturing across Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

  • Who is the programme for?

    If you are an SME involved with manufacturing or design engineering and based in Greater Manchester or Lancashire and are looking to upskill your workforce so your business can realise the benefits of Additive Manufacturing, then this is for you.

  • Key dates

    This training programme is designed to be flexible, high impact and easy to fit around your work schedules in a series of sessions across 12 days

    The programme will be delivered between 4th November 2020 and 10th February 2021.

    The first seven sessions will run on Wednesdays from 4th November 2020 to 16th December 2020.  The other five sessions will run from 13th January to 10th February 2021.
